Theatre Policies
Seating/Late Comers
In deference to the artists and the audience, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house staff at an appropriate pause in the program. Also, those who leave the performance may not be re-admitted until an appropriate break or at intermission.
Cellular Phones, Pagers and Watches
As a courtesy to the artists and your neighbors, please turn off all phones, pagers and watch alarms.
Lost and Found
Articles will be held by the house manager until the end of the performance. Thereafter please contact 323 856-5793.
Photography and Recording
The photographing and sound or video recording of any performance inside the theatre, without the written permission of the management, is prohibited. Offenders may be ejected and liable for damages.
Your use of a ticket constitutes acknowledgement of willingness to appear in photographs, video and film taken in public areas of the Ford Theatres and releases the Ford Theatres, its lessees and all others from liability resulting from use of such images.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in the following designated areas:
• The aisle A side exit door landing one level below concessions
• The landing one level below the aisle D door
Designated smoking areas are clearly marked with signage. Smoking is prohibited anywhere else on the premises. For assistance, please ask an usher.
Due to the hazard of brush fires, Ford Theatres Management reserves the right to periodically ban smoking on entire premises. At these times, signage will be posted at the main entrances to the theatre and at the usual designated smoking areas indicating that smoking is currently prohibited.
